About the documentary “FREEDOM ON THE FENCE”
In 2009 for six month, the Museum of Modern Art in New York (MOMA) held an exhibition of the Polish Poster 1945-1989 from its collections. A documentary film “Freedom on the Fence that our guests will be able to see at the opening accompanied the exhibit. This 40-minutes film by Andrea Marks and Glenn Holsten features interviews with leading Polish designers, discussion of selected posters, and archival film footage that brings up the political context in which these posters first appeared.
